are pleased to announce a new Environmental Insurance Program for Water
and Waste Facilities. This program provides converages that specifically
address exposures for water and waste water treatment plants and was specifically
developed to provide affordable yet comprehensive environmental protection.
Financial stability is provided by an insurance company founded in 1977
with an A.M. Best Rating of (A IX) Excellent. |

The coverage will be written on a claims-made policy form and will provide limits up to $2,000,000 depending on the size of your operation (based on number of connections). The minimum premiums start at $750 for a three year policy term.

POLICY WILL PROVIDE FOR: |

Products coverage as related to contaminated drinking water |
|
|
Natural Pathogen Contamination |
|
|
Environmental claims as the result of an act of God (i.e.. Hurricanes, Tornados, Floods, Fire, ect.) |
|
|
On premises environmental clean-up costs |
|
|
Bodily injury claims for third parties both on and off premises |
|
|
Property damage claims for third party off premises |
| Coverage is provided for both sudden and gradual contamination situations. Contamination can occur through the air, surface water, soil and/or ground water. The policy dose not provide for regulatory fines. |

| The
policy is intended to provide coverage for insureds entire location as related
to environmental issues. |
